What is a bookkeeper?
A bookkeeper is someone who records the day to day financial transactions of your business. They also: keep track of sales, purchases, payments and receipts - the tasks can vary business to business depending on your requirements.
Do you work with Accountants?
Absolutely, if you have an existing Accountant, thats great! if you don't, I can help refer you to one as I have a great networks.
Do you charge me for phone calls and emails?

Yes, I am a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers NZ
Are you qualified?
I have a Certificate in Bookkeeping (NZ) and a Diploma in Accounting NZ. You actually dont need a qualification to be a bookeeper, but having experience and theoretical eductation gives me a solid foundation of understanding, especially when working with Accountants.
Are you available on the weekends?
Like you, I do need to work during the weekend to balance out my week - so happy to reply to any queries where I can (within 24 hours)
Whats the minimum and maximum amount of hours you would work for 1 client?
The minimum would be 2 hours per month, the maximum would be 16-20 hours per week.
What's your 'go to' meal at home when nothings prepared?
Cheese and Pineapple toasted sandwiches - always!

Yes, to keep efficient and stay on top of technology and compliance.
